This offer is open to anyone looking for an exceptional venue to host exhibitions, pop-up sales, or any other artistic and commercial events.
The 50m² space, located on Avenue Pictet-de-Rochemont, features a large display window, perfect for attracting the attention of passersby and showcasing your artworks or products.
*The gallery does not manage or organize exhibitions; it only offers the space rental.*

The gallery commits to:
- Providing the space located at Av. Pictet-de-Rochemont 24 – 1207 Genève, exclusively for setting up an exhibition/sale and its potential openings/closings.
- Providing internet connection as well as a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.
- Offering the entire wall mounting system, as well as supports or easels if necessary.
- Promoting your exhibition on our website and social media.
- Sending a mailing to the gallery’s client list.
The tenant commits to:
- Keeping the exhibition open to the public based on their availability.
- Granting us permission to use all of their data for commercial purposes during the rental period.
- Setting up and taking down the exhibition on time, in agreement with the gallery (Check-in no earlier than Monday at 9 AM / Check-out no later than Sunday at 5 PM).
- Taking good care of the rented items.
Important:
- The rental price does not include specific insurance for the artworks.
- The artworks are the responsibility of their owner throughout the rental period (be sure to properly pack your items during transportation).
- The gallery does not take any commission on sales unless you opt for payment via credit card processing, invoicing, and certification by the gallery (10%).
- The sale prices of the items are set by their owner.
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking and is non-refundable in case of tenant cancellation.
